For online purchasing of membership dues either for individuals or departments, the steps are as follows:
- Download the roster and membership dues forms below, fill out, and email the completed forms as an attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Click Online Payment link to be taken to the dues section of the store.
- Add to cart all membership types and quantities being purchased.
- Go to cart, verify the memberships and quantities match your roster, and check out.
After downloading forms, fill out PDFs and save the files. Attach completed files in an email to email@example.com
Online Payment – Online payment for dues is now available. Just add the appropriate numbers of each membership type to cart and check out. Membership will be processed once the payment and the completed roster is received.
