Brookfield Fire Battalion Annual Father’s Day Chicken Barbecue

The Brookfield Fire Battalion will be holding its annual Father’s Day Chicken Barbecue on Sunday, June 18, serving Noon -2. This is our big annual fundraiser, and we have been doing it since 1950.

The Battalion uses its funds for several purposes; To help the department with equipment purchases, to help outfit members with formal uniforms, to purchase and maintain our flags for events and the station, to support members in time of need, to support an annual award for a high school senior from Brookfield, and to allow us to recognize firefighters that retire from the department.

For a $17 donation, you get a barbecued half chicken, salad, diner roll, baked potato, and an individual pie.

All meals are packed to go, but there will be limited seating at the station if you want to eat there.
