To a special advance screening of the new volunteer firefighter documentary
Odd Hours, No Pay, Cool Hat
National Volunteer Fire Council members and registrants of the Make Me A Firefighter campaign are invited to an exclusive early access screening of the new documentary Odd Hours, No Pay, Cool Hat and an informational session on how you can host a local screening in your community to help build community connections and recruit new volunteers.
After registering for this free event, you will be sent a link to access the 90-minute film to watch at your leisure between April 14-21. On April 19, join us at 7pm ET for an Overview/Q&A Session about the film and how to host a community screening. Local screening events can be used to raise awareness in your community about the work of volunteer firefighters, recruit new members, and even raise money and increase support for your department.
If you have questions in advance of the Overview/Q&A Session, ask them here. You can also ask questions during the session.
Want to watch the film and learn about how to host a screening but can’t make it to the April 19 session? Register anyways to gain screening access and we will send you a link to the recording of the Overview/Q&A Session after the event.
